Ninja Breakfast 17



I feel super fresh and energetic at 6am, I wake up like I can conquer the World, clean my room, cook and eat Breakfast, put it up on the blog and finally just get ready on time and leave for work. And at 9am I just want to forget everything about it and sleep again.
Today was one one of those days when I remember my dreams exactly, scene by scene. They are usually like movies and I dress up really good in there. Do you remember your dreams? I would love to know.
Today’s Breakfast was simple and full of nutrition. I skipped milk which I never do. ( I did pack it for the way though, such a baby)

Stuffed Idli’s (corns, peas, bell peppers) + Coconut chutney (with all the tadka jazz) + Fresh Oj
You can start using teeny bit Sesame oil in the beginning to get used to it slowly. Like for Coconut chutney I used some and it tasted divine.



Benefits of Sesame Oil:
Also known as Til ka tel or Gingely oil. It is a concentrated source of energy, is very digestible, provides essential fatty acids and is a rich source of Vitamin E and polyunsaturated fatty acids, which may help regulate blood cholesterol.
