My go to Breakfast for chilly days!
Meaning if I feel cold for 10 days at a stretch I will having this every morning religiously without complain.
It is super easy, tastes yum and is super filling. That is how Breakfast should be, right!?
Today’s Special – Warm Oats, dried Raspberries, fresh Strawberries and Almonds!
• Make any brands of Oats you use (I use Quaker), add dried Rasberries (can we get fresh one here in Delhi?), Fresh Strawberries, and Almonds.
• Eat!
Oats are mainly eaten as porridge, as an ingredient in breakfast cereals and in baked goods. Over the past few decades oats have become a very popular “health food”. They are loaded in dietary fiber (containing more than any other grain) and have a range of healthy cholesterol-lowering properties. They have many more benefits too, use Google for that please.
Raspberries help in Digestion, detox and disease prevention apart from many other amazing benefits. And almonds are sure super food, ask our Moms for more info.
This is the easiest fuss free Breakfast you can have in Mornings. And if you getting late you always can use your coffee mug and have it on the go.
