You know that feeling after Dinner when you feel so heavy and satisfied. Yes, that’s exactly how you must feel after having Breakfast. Make your dinner lighter. And always take out time for the first meal of the day. It really does help you in losing weight.
I know my posts have been really short, just because I am still trying to manage time for making the Breakfast, then clicking and finally eating that meal before leaving for work every day.
