Can we be excited about Mangoes today? They are back in our lives and it’s time to bid goodbye to Strawberries I guess. I like this in between time we get when both the gorgeous fruits hang out together in my tummy. Yeah so Mangoes have nothing to do with today’s post.
Just FYI – I hope you know anything which reads “diet” is actually more harmful than it’s counterparts. Take for example any Soda and Diet Soda. The Diet version has zero calories as they say, but it contains artificial sweeteners like aspartame, sucralose and saccharin which are really harmful for the body.
Let me try to put it in simpler terms. You have two evils to choose from and the Diet one is far bigger evil. The calories are less, but the toxic waste it releases in your body is so much compared to the normal version.
