I love hotels! One of the main reasons I love them is the so many Breakfast options they have. I love to try everything (yes yes) on the buffet table.
To keep myself happy energetic for today, I made myself some “too much stuff on my plate” kind of Breakfast.
Roasted multigrain bread + 3/4th fried egg (only favorite) + grilled Tofu + fresh Strawberries
Protein is really good for the body. Try including it as much as you can in your diet. And have a breakfast which makes you full. The portions would automatically get smaller from the next meal onwards. It would take some time for your body to get used to it, but trust me it will.
